Last week, the insurance innovation world descended on Las Vegas for ITC 2025 — and T Palmer Agency was proud to see several of our clients make a major impact throughout the conference. Pinpoint Predictive: A Wonderland of Behavioral Science
This year’s ITC theme, Alice in Wonderland, inspired some of the most imaginative booth concepts we’ve seen, and Pinpoint Predictive’s croquet activation stood out as a crowd favorite. Designed to mirror the playful unpredictability of Wonderland, the experience gave attendees a hands-on way to learn about behavioral intelligence and risk prediction. The activation was not only on brand but also tied deeply to Pinpoint’s mission: bringing human nuance and psychology into the future of insurance.

HighPeak & Prudential: Dual Branding, Double Impact
Few booths captured the attention of attendees quite like the joint HighPeak/Prudential setup. Their collaborative presence showcased how legacy strength and startup agility can coexist (and thrive) under one roof. The dual branding approach received high praise from attendees and peers alike, underscoring the power of strategic partnerships in the insurtech ecosystem. For both teams, ITC offered a stage to demonstrate their shared commitment to innovation, performance, and client outcomes.

Upstage: Bridging Human Context and Machine Intelligence
Upstage continued to build its momentum this year, drawing strong engagement at its booth and beyond. Upstage AI’s CEO sat down with the ITC Show team and Christopher from Insurtech360 for two insightful interviews secured by the TPA team, sharing how Upstage’s AI platform is redefining underwriting workflows and decision transparency. The discussions highlighted the company’s focus on empowering human expertise through machine intelligence — a message that resonated with underwriters, carriers, and investors throughout the week.

The Prohibition Party: A Night to Remember
No ITC week would be complete without the networking events that keep the energy going long after the expo floor closes. This year’s T Palmer Agency’s Prohibition Party drew over 230 attendees, and quickly became the talk of the conference. Sponsored by Pinpoint and Compscience, guests praised it as “the best event at ITC”, a perfect blend of great company, conversation, and celebration. It was a reminder that while technology drives the industry forward, it’s the people behind it who make insurtech such a dynamic and collaborative community.
