Phase 1

Research & Discovery

During this initial phase, we work closely with you to define the purpose and objectives of your podcast. This involves identifying your target audience and understanding their preferences. Ensuring your podcast stands out and resonates with listeners. 

Our team also takes this time to assess and create a detailed production equipment list of what we need to provide. We assess what is onsite and identify any additional requirements, whether that be sound, lighting, and/or podcast equipment. 

Branding Guidelines

Branding &
Production Planning

In this phase, our team will develop the brand guidelines for your podcast and establish a strong visual and written identity.

Our team will research podcast topics that are relevant and will propose an episode structure (whether weekly or bi-weekly, duration, and narrative) that will suit your industry and audience.

Once we establish the pilot season of your podcast with topics and structure, we can proceed to vetting for guests. We will work hand-in-hand with you to profile potential guests for your show and see if they are a good fit or not. Once we have approval from both parties, we will help you iron out the logistics.

Production

Phase 3

Production

The production phase is where the planning comes to life. We schedule filming and editing sessions, ensuring everything is organized for a smooth production process.

 Initial episodes are produced and edited, focusing on refining the format, and ensuring high-quality audio and visual elements. This includes finalizing intros, outros, and other production details to create a polished final product.

During this phase, social media preparations are made to create a cohesive and engaging presence in line with the branding guidelines we created for the podcast.

Launch

Launch

With the episodes ready, we move on to the launch phase. If we are planning on creating video versions of the podcast alongside with the typical audio medium, we will help your brand launch your YouTube channel. Ultimately, allowing you to reach a broader audience and gain more traction.

A coordinated launch of social media and brand announcements is executed to generate excitement and anticipation. In the same vein, we will also have our guests share the podcast through their social channels to build momentum and drive initial engagement.

The episodes are then submitted to all twelve major podcast directories (and potentially YouTube) platforms, ensuring they are accessible to your audience. Max visibility is our aim!

Assess & Grow

Phase 5

Assess & Grow

The final phase involves assessing the performance of the initial episodes. We analyze engagement metrics and gather feedback from listeners to understand what resonated and what areas need improvement. This data-driven approach allows us to make informed adjustments for future production segments. Our aim is to continuously improve your podcast.

We look for better guests, find new and industry-progressive topics, and test new promotional strategies to grow your following. Additionally, we focus on fostering strong relationships with each guest that appears on the show.
