HighPeak is a fintech venture incubated within Prudential, built to reshape how individuals and financial advisors help their clients anticipate and prepare for their retirement years.

Instead of focusing on mortality and generic retirement benchmarks, HighPeak empowers financial professionals to deliver personalized, data-driven advice that takes healthcare, caregiving, and longevity into account.

We partnered with HighPeak to clarify their brand story, build powerful messaging around their unique approach to financial longevity planning, and craft industry-specific pitches to bring clarity and value to different segments of the market. With these we were able to build out internal collateral and consumer facing media.

In claiming to be at the intersection of life, health, and wealth, our work with Highpeak's story revolved around flipping the narrative around wealth management and financial planning from mortality to longevity. Instead of treating longevity as a risk, they see it as a runway—an opportunity to help clients prepare not just financially, but emotionally and practically for the future they want.

We worked to define a message that's both practical and aspirational—positioning HighPeak as the advisor's essential tool in navigating the uncertainty of healthcare costs, caregiving responsibilities, and increasingly longer lives.

At the center of this brand transformation was a narrative that moved the conversation between advisor and client from risk mitigation to life optimization. By blending HighPeak's proprietary data, intuitive tools, and advisor-first platform, we helped articulate how the company allows advisors to shift from generic estimates to hyper-personalized planning for every phase of later life.

We anchored the brand in a tone that's expert but empathetic—drawing from both the Sage and Caregiver brand archetypes—and built a belief system that emphasizes clarity, agency, and longevity-driven financial wellness.
