PinPoint Predictive gives insurance carriers a more precise way to assess risk—before the underwriting process even begins. By combining ethical AI with trillions of behavioral signals, their platform helps insurers improve loss ratios, price policies more fairly, and stay in markets that others are forced to leave.

As they grew, PinPoint needed a clearer brand foundation. One that could match the sophistication of their technology and speak directly to insurers, data scientists, and executives alike. Their story had to be sharp. Their message had to resonate. And their identity had to feel both credible and forward-thinking.

Our work began by developing a foundational brand narrative rooted in the reality insurers face: balancing profitability with the public good of availability. Traditional risk models had forced carriers into hard decisions—raising rates, exiting markets, or flying blind with outdated data.

PinPoint's story, then, became about enabling a better path forward:

• Using advanced behavioral insights to power earlier, more accurate underwriting.
• Helping carriers improve loss ratios without sacrificing fairness or access.
• Making insurance more affordable and available through smarter, ethical AI.

We crafted a unified brand story, mission, and messaging framework that reflected this expanded vision—moving beyond "insurtech" toward a more holistic solution for long-term insurance viability and responsible growth.

Messaging was tailored to speak clearly to core audiences: executives focused on profitability and growth, underwriters looking for smarter decisioning, and data teams prioritizing model performance, compliance, and transparency.

We also defined a set of brand meanings and archetypes (The Sage and The Caregiver) to anchor the brand in both intellect and empathy—reinforcing its dual promise of accuracy and accessibility.

The design language centers on themes of movement, expansion, and coverage—brought to life through:

• Arrows and directional lines that evoke growth and progress
• Map grids, geographic imagery, and topographic elements signaling breadth and accessibility
• A dynamic use of the existing “P” icon, expanded into patterns and motion graphics that convey flow and intelligence

The color palette and typography reinforce a premium, confident feel while remaining approachable and professional—mirroring PinPoint’s tone of voice: clear, actionable, and grounded.

We extended this system across core brand touchpoints, including social media, digital collateral, infographics, and presentations—ensuring the new identity was not just a concept, but a consistent and functional toolkit for growth.
