SecureMyOffer is a first-of-its-kind home seller closing insurance provider in Canada. The company offers protection when a buyer fails to close on a firm offer, guaranteeing sale price and seller equity while managing the legal and financial consequences of a failed transaction. By working alongside real estate agents and lawyers, SecureMyOffer removes risk and uncertainty for sellers at a critical moment, allowing them to meet financial obligations and move forward without disruption.

As SecureMyOffer expanded and grew, they needed to establish credibility in a highly regulated insurance category while clearly explaining a new type of coverage to sellers and industry partners.

We partnered with the team to build their brand, messaging, and go-to-market foundation, and to create the digital, content, and sales assets needed to support growth across agents, brokers, and consumers.

Our brand identity and messaging work focused on clearly defining SecureMyOffer’s purpose, vision, positioning, and differentiation across its core audiences.

We developed a structured messaging system tailored to three distinct buyers: home sellers, seller agents, and real estate lawyers.

This framework established SecureMyOffer as a specialized insurance solution within the Canadian real estate ecosystem and ensured consistent communication across brand, sales, and digital channels, supported by a visual identity designed to feel credible, professional, and aligned with the seriousness of the transaction.

UI/UX & Web
Design

For UX, UI, and web design, we designed SecureMyOffer’s website from the ground up to support a new insurance category and three distinct audiences.

Our work included UX discovery, persona refinement, journey mapping, and information architecture to ensure sellers, agents, and lawyers could quickly understand the product and move toward conversion without confusion.

We designed and wrote the site content, built a modular page system to support launch and future growth, and created UI components consistent with the new brand identity. The result was a scalable, conversion-oriented website that establishes credibility, explains a complex offering clearly, and integrates cleanly with SecureMyOffer’s quoting flow, content strategy, and go-to-market plans.
