Syntax is a financial intelligence platform built for investment professionals who need more granular visibility into how companies actually make money. Using its patented Functional Information System (FIS®), Syntax provides product- and revenue-level data that supports custom index creation, direct indexing, and more precise portfolio construction. The platform is used by asset managers, advisors, and financial institutions that require speed, accuracy, and flexibility from research through execution.

As Syntax continued to expand its product suite and customer base, the company needed a clearer and more cohesive way to present its value across brand, marketing, and customer touchpoints. We partnered with Syntax to conduct a comprehensive audit spanning brand identity, messaging, website and UX, content, SEO, events, sales funnel, and customer success. That work became the foundation for a second phase, where we consulted closely with their team to refine strategy and help operationalize these systems as the business scaled.

Following the audit, we refined key sections of the Syntax website to improve usability, performance, and conversion. Rather than a full redesign, we focused on high-impact pages where layout, navigation, and content structure were creating friction.

We reorganized information hierarchy, simplified complex concepts, and updated layouts to better support how investment professionals evaluate data platforms. These changes also aligned the site more closely with SEO needs and future content and product expansion.
